About Me
Penn State Broadcast Journalism Graduate Ready to Dive into the Wide World of the Sports Industry

My passion for Broadcast Journalism, along with a family steeped in a rich history and loyalty, led my educational path to the Bellisiario School of Communications at Penn State University. I graduated from Penn State University in December of 2020. My affection for the written word inspired me to select a minor in English where I am infused in enriching and fine tuning my skills as a journalist. With such a strong love for sports, I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree at Georgetown University with a focus in Sports Industry Management. I am halfway through the program and am on track to graduate with my Masters Degree in May 2023.
My internship experience with NFL Films immersed me in the behind the scenes world of production where I learned how to successfully build production shoots for television and film from conception to completion. The skills I acquired provided me with great insight into the importance of effective communication and relationship building with not only my colleagues and team members but that with talent as well.
I am an avid enthusiast of the arts and growing up outside of Philadelphia has allowed me easy access to indulge my interests in photography, fine arts, music and various cultures north and south of my hometown. My thirst for travel and exploration was inspired at a young age and I hope to have a career that will allow me to tie in my personal quest for enrichment while broadcasting and reporting on sporting events and news around the globe.

As I prepare myself for the future and seek out my new journey, I am often reminded of a cherished quote by French novelist Marcel Proust, "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscaped, but in having new eyes."
